　　International students can live on or off campus according to their own situation. On-campus lodging, includes international students’ flats (one bedroom, one living room and a bathroom with living facilities), the Academy Communication Center Hotel (Standard room: two beds, private bathroom, TV Set, telephone, Internet connection, desk, lamp) and Chinese students’ flats (4 students per room with a bathroom). Off-campus lodging is house renting, international students should ask for a house-renting permit from the college and Public Security Bureau.
　　The college runs on-campus dining halls for both teachers and students. The costs vary from person to person. But 15 Yuan RMB is enough for one to spend on meals each day. There are many private cheap restaurants in the neighborhood of the college.
The college is 350 km from Kunming, the capital city of Yunnan province, which is approximately less than 1-hour flight or 6-hour bus journey. The bus journey will be shortened within 4 hours after the highway is finished in 2007. Wenshan city traffic is very convenient, bus No.5 passes the college and taking a taxi costs only 4 Yuan in urban areas.
